Bulverde Community Park
There’s plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors in Spring Branch, Texas! One of the best places to relax with the family is at Bulverde Community Park. This park is just a ten minute drive down the road from Spring Branch, Texas. It is located at 29815 Bulverde Ln, Bulverde, TX 78163. This is a general purpose family recreational facility.
In total, the park covers 13 acres of Comal County. It is nestled in the serene Texas Hill Country with plenty of park amenities. It has plenty of playground equipment, and two full playground areas. Your kids will love the modern playground, and have fun making music with the Harmonic Outdoor Musical Instruments. There are swing sets for both children and toddlers.

Splash Pad
There is a splash pad for children to cool off during the Texas heat. The splash pad seasonal opening varies with local weather conditions, but it is generally open in spring when temperatures, and even until cool fall temperatures. We all know how unpredictable Texas heat can be! Parents, be sure to not leave your children unsupervised while playing in the splash pad water zone. Bulverde Park Reservations
The community park also has large areas for sports like the basketball court, or the soccer practice field. These acres of land are perfect for baseball or soccer. You can easily reserve park facilities for your team to use online. The City of Bulverde website also offers other park equipment rentals, too. Families can reserve two covered pavilions with picnic tables, and one large gazebo. Local community groups usually rent out the large gazebo for group work out sessions. Try searching online to participate in group exercises with other neighbors in your area.

Special Events
There are plenty of family friendly park activities throughout the year. The most popular event is Musik in the Park! During Musik in the Park, families have the opportunity to enjoy musical performances free of charge in our public park. Each performer is a local artist from the area. The concerts are on the third Saturday of the month in March, April, May, September, and October.
Bulverde Community Park also holds an event called Movies in the Park. Enjoy a family friendly movie in the outdoors of the Texas Hill Country. Movies start at dusk, but they have fun activities and refreshments available for purchase before the movies start.
